  I wish I’d read the reviews before going here. Me and a few friends came in looking for junior prom dresses and were immediately dismissed by the rude owner, for the girls with their mothers. She grabbed a few dresses I wanted to try on and stuck it back in the fitting room. Then I found a dress I had been looking at online for forever and wanted to try on. She takes the dress from me and immediately starts badgering me about how if I can’t afford I can’t try it on and before I can say anything it’s back on the rack. Me and my friends work very hard along with being students and the fact that I wasn’t in their with my mother to pay for my stuff she automatically assumed I did not have the means to pay for this dress. This rudeness ruined my shopping experience and day. Then when I went back to the dressing rooms it was completely unorganized they did not know which dresses were mine and I had to wait for someone to zip and unzip me and I would be standing their for minutes just waiting to grab someone’s attention. I HATED my experience here and would NEVER go back. Please don’t give these people your time or money

  I am very thankful to have stumbled upon this gem while shopping for a Prom Dress with my daughter. With very specific details in mind it was proving difficult to find what my daughter was looking for. After several unsuccessful trips into different stores it was a breath of fresh air to walk into Coco. The staff is accommodating and helpful on an individual basis. They will be as involved or uninvolved as you need them to be. Sometimes teenage girls need a little space and they understood that. They were supportive , professional , and knowledgeable. There is a large selection to choose from and meticulously organized. There was nothing pretentious or pressured about our experience here which was a bonus. We left with a beautiful gown and will be returning for another. I am looking forward to shopping with the staff at Coco Chateau again! Thank you!!!!
